Tour Packages
Any last minute changes will not entertained by Jaunthub, all the changes in the tour should be informed 72 hours prior to departure.
Partially or fully unused services in the itinerary are non-refundable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified in your confirmation voucher.
The rates are subject to change without any prior notice. (Like: Any increase in the taxes from Govt. end etc.)
Accommodation will be provided at the mentioned hotels (as mentioned in the quotation) or similar hotels.
Rooms confirmation are subject to the availability and post complete payment.
Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, JauntHub recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines or Hotel and after that, send the cancellation request on mail for refunds.
No refund is applicable for no-show due to any reason.
In case of unutilized bookings, the customers are required to make requests for any valid refunds, as per the defined policies, within 15 days from the travel date. No refund would be payable for requests raised after the expiry of 15 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

Flight Booking
Passengers are requested to report at least 03 hours prior to flight departure and counters will close 60 minutes prior to departure.
Kindly provide the GST details before the creation of booking. Once the PNR is created ,GST updation will not be possible.
As per government directives, all passengers have to carry a valid photo identification with them throughout the journey to be checked at any point.
Passenger will have to present their Web or Mobile Boarding pass and download the Aarogya Setu App for entry into the airport terminal.
Online check-in has been made compulsory for all passengers by Ministry of Civil Aviation.
Online check-in commences from 48 hours till 03 hour prior departure for Domestic travel and 48 hours till 03 hours prior before departure for International travel.
Baggage policy as per service provider and booking class

Group Booking
Group booking, there needs to be a minimum of 10 passengers traveling on the same date, same flight and same sector.
Kindly provide the GST details before the creation of booking. Once the PNR is created ,GST updation will not be possible
Tickets will not be issued on part payment.
Ticket issuance only when 100% of the fare amount has been received.
Full amount to be paid if the travel date is within 30 days of booking date (D-30)
25% of the total payable amount or cancellation amount (Whichever is higher) to be paid, if the travel date is beyond 30 Days from the PNR creation and balance to be cleared 30 days prior to departure.
Payment structure to be strictly adhered and amount shall be forfeited if not paid in-time.
All bookings are subject to applicable taxes at the time of confirmation.
Fares are subject to the availability of seats at the time of confirmation.
The passengers traveling as a part of a group booking are required to pay for any increase in taxes, fees or surcharges, unless such booking is paid in full.
Final name list to be advised 11 days prior to departure (D-11)
Name change is not permitted after names updation.
Name correction is permitted 7 days prior to departure (D-7), depending on airlines policy.
Name correction would be allowed only during the working hours
90% materialization at the group is mandatory
Cancellation allowed upto 10% of the group size only 11 days prior to departure.
Any further cancellation will be non-refundable
Date & Flight change allowed with date change fee as per carrier per passenger per sector with fare difference (if any), only upto 15 days prior to the departure date (D-15), depending on airline policy.
Sector change and Re-routing NOT permitted
Meal requests to be notified at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Reporting time for groups must be at least 03hours prior to the departure.
